1. Acceptance

By using RewardingVox Ride School’s website and services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility and Parental Consent

Lessons are intended for children with a parent or legal guardian’s consent. The parent is responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring the child follows safety instructions at all times.

3. Safety

• Helmet use is required for all riders.
• Participants must follow coach instructions and respect shared paths.
• We reserve the right to pause or reschedule sessions due to weather or safety concerns.

4. Booking and Payment

Course prices are listed in the catalog. Your booking is confirmed upon payment. Taxes may apply. We do not store complete payment card data on our servers.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the first session. Within 7 days, we offer credit toward a future course where possible. Missed sessions are not refundable but may be rescheduled subject to availability.

6. Code of Conduct

We foster a kind, inclusive environment. Bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content, including course materials, is owned by RewardingVox Ride School. You may not copy or resell content without permission.

8. Liability

While we promote safety, cycling involves inherent risks. To the extent permitted by law, we limit liability for accidental injuries. Parents accept personal responsibility for their child’s readiness and behavior during sessions.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will post a notice on the site. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
